The Wantirna South campus is seeking a part time (FTE 0.743, with final days and hours to be confirmed in discussion with the successful candidate) Outdoor, Health and Physical Education Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our Sports and Outdoor Education programs. Working alongside the OHPE leadership team, you will coordinate program logistics, maintain equipment and resources, and take an active role in camps, excursions, and on-campus activities.
This position suits someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work which balances detailed administrative responsibilities with meaningful involvement in outdoor and sporting environments. You will contribute to the planning and operation of key programs across Years 7–12, ensure accurate communication with staff and families, and play an important part in preparing students for safe and enriching experiences.
The role requires strong organisation, reliable follow-through, and the energy to participate fully in outdoor and physical education activities. You will contribute to experiences that strengthen student wellbeing, build genuine community, and support the College’s mission to equip young people to impact their world for Christ.
