Full-time, ongoing role as a Chaplain working at an Independent school with modern facilities located near Berwick.

CREST Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,000 students, an Equestrian Centre and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) World School and is a Middle Years Programme (MYP) candidate school, with modern facilities at Clyde North. It is a growing College, adding a new year level each year; our first Year 9 level will commence in 2022.


An opportunity exists in the Chaplaincy team for a suitably experienced Chaplain at Hillcrest Christian College. This full-time role is one of three Chaplains at the College – two in Secondary and one in Primary.

The successful candidate will have:

  • the ability to relate to female students, coordinate resiliency and mentoring programs and have the desire to nurture their development in an environment where both Christian values and academic excellence are emphasised.
  • strong Christian faith and ability to inspire the community to live our College values with staff and students.
  • demonstrated track record of successful Christian leadership and service within a school context and appropriate Christian teaching experience and theological qualifications.
  • previously collaborated with other staff/volunteers as a team player who enjoys working with Secondary students.
