The Role

This newly created role of PA/Senior Office Assistant is a key point of contact within our Junior School Office and also provides one-on-one support to our Head of Junior School.
This is an ongoing, part time (0.9 FTE) position working across a 9-day fortnight - perfect for someone seeking regular work with some added flexibility.
About You
Our Junior School is a busy, vibrant and dynamic environment, active with staff, students, parents and members of the broader community.
This role will allow you to demonstrate your strong administrative skills and knowledge within a friendly, supportive and hardworking Junior School office team, as well as providing PA support to our Head of Junior School.
If you are someone who enjoys a collaborative "front of house" role, has a positive disposition and work ethic, excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and proactive in your approach to work - we would love to hear from you.
