Job Description

Huntingtower School has a long tradition of educational excellence and consistently performs academically amongst the top schools in Victoria.

We are seeking a suitable qualified and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join the Huntingtower Sports and Aquatics Centre team.  As one of the first points of contact, this role will be responsible for coordinating administrative services that supports the operation of our centre. This role will be casual, 4 days a week, (2:00 - 6.30pm, some flexibility available). Previous experience in the Aquatics industry will be highly regarded but not essential.

The Receptionist/Administrator role will include:

  • Managing all telephone calls, ensuring that all calls are handled in a professional, courteous and helpful manner
  • Attending to enquiries from within and outside of the School
  • Managing the Swim School bookings, enrolments and payments
  • Collecting and tracking of all incoming forms
  • Data entry of the Schools’ Program information for reporting
  • Providing assistance to the Office Manager as required
