Flinders Christian Community College seeks to employ a Full Time HR Administrator. Reporting to the HR Director and also working closely with the HR Advisor, the role is based across both our Tyabb and Carrum Downs campuses on the Mornington Peninsula. The role requires a high level of administrative capacity and the ability to draft employment contracts and letters of offer, new starter and employment paperwork and liaison with payroll, assist recruitment, manage HR databases and other HR work such as providing advice on policies to staff, and drafting position descriptions.
Successful applicants will have experience in fast-moving and busy areas that require focus, excellent customer service, and outstanding confidentiality and trustworthiness. Qualifications in Human Resources would be well regarded. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and very good interpersonal skills, will ensure your success in the role.
