Melbourne Grammar School is seeking a passionate senior leader of Outdoor Education, who possesses high-level knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Outdoor Education as part of an experiential program in schools. 

You will

• Possess the ability to introduce initiatives and improvement to an evolving program, looking both at the journey and the learning outcomes 
• Have relevant experience and knowledge in Outdoor and Environmental Education , including best practice risk management approaches 
• Have demonstrated skills in the leadership and management 
• Possess an appreciation of the vital role pastoral care plays in the education of students 
• Hold an appropriate tertiary degree, in addition to relevant post graduate qualifications
