eLearning Coordinator Opportunity in 2024, commencing Term 1, 2024

 

Mount Evelyn Christian School has a position available for an eLearning Coordinator commencing Friday 19th January, 2024.

 

The eLearning Coordinator will be an experienced staff member with the ability to lead, support and influence others in the creative integration of learning technologies in the classroom. The eLearning Coordinator will play an integral role in the development of quality teaching and learning at the school and leading the full implementation and upskilling of our learning management system Schoolbox. The coordinator is one of the key people bridging technology with effective teaching practice. The role reports to the Assistant Principal - Teaching and Learning and involves working closely with the Heads of Faculty, Deputy Head of Primary. The eLearning Coordinator is a member of the IT Committee.

 

The successful applicant will need to:

·         Be in agreement with, and actively commit to, the Christian ethos and Core Values as expressed in the MECS ‘Focus on Identity’ document.

·         Demonstrate skill and experience in the use of Schoolbox or an aptitude to learn new systems.

·         Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills and have the capacity to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.

·         Be able to prioritise, problem solve, demonstrate initiative and utilise common sense.
