About the Opportunity

The HCM System Analyst (you!) will play a significant role in the digital transformation by connecting our people processes to system solutions. 

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an HCM System guru (you!) to lead the People team in the implementation of a new HCM System.

About the Team

The People team are a critical part of our vibrant culture.  We work hard but know how to have fun while doing it.  The team have selected Oracle as our HCM vendor and are ready to bring the system and all its potential to life.

Your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of the HCM platform and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors. As the HCM Systems Analyst, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional user experience for our staff. You will incorporate a data-driven and efficient, systematic approach to our employee lifecycle.

Your role extends to actively supporting the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM from design to delivery. Additionally, you will ensure our existing people-related systems continue to function as needed.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Proven experience with HCM platform either in regular use, implementation or administration
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM will be highly regarded
• Understanding of employment lifecycles processes, data integrity & privacy
• Advanced analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
