ABOUT THE POSITION

An opportunity has arisen for a highly capable, Daily Organiser to join the Operations/Administration team. This role provides professional support to our Deputy Principal as well as a high level of competency in administration tasks for the school.

This is a flexible full-time/term-time, ongoing role.  The job is available for an immediate start as soon as the successful candidate is available.  It is an opportunity for an outstanding administrator to join an excellent team which positively impacts every part of the school community.    

ABOUT THE PERSON

The successful candidate will have a history of providing outstanding professional administration in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.

The school is enthusiastically faithful to its charter of personally owned Christian faith and values.  The ideal candidate would align well with the staff team, sharing a similar heart for Christian Education.   

The type of person we are looking for will exhibit the following attributes:

·         Confidence to become a positive, friendly team member

·         Able to interact in a warm manner with a wide variety of people, mainly teaching staff.  

·         High Emotional Intelligence and people skills and can quickly and accurately determine the daily needs of the school.

·         Share a personal alignment with the ethos of the school.
