IT Service Desk Officer (Corio Campus)

Based at our Corio Campus, this position is responsible for delivery of Service Desk Services including daily support for Students, Staff and Parents.

This is an interesting and varied role where no two days will be the same! It will suit an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously and the desire to deliver a best practice experience to the School community.  

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily support, diagnosis & repair processes for the Student and Staff Notebook Computers and applications including Software related support;
• Manage & maintain allocated Service Desk tickets through FreshService;
• Maintain & provide user support for Mac related Notebook Computers, Desktop computing & peripheral equipment, including support as required for other Windows based Desktops, Printers, Scanners, Video Conferencing;
• Provide assistance with the installation and commissioning computer equipment

About you

• Minimum two years experience working in an ICT Service Desk role;
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or similar field;
• Demonstrated experience working with current laptop, tablet, mobile, and desktop hardware and software;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
