Job Description

Join the Wellbeing Team at Beaconhills College!

We are looking for a Level 2 Health Centre Relief and Administration assistant to join our Wellbeing Team. 

The primary purpose of this role is to provide Morning Break and Lunch cover for the Health Centre Nurse and to provide administration support for the Health Centre or Wellbeing teams.

This is a part time, ongoing position.

The hours required for this position are 10am to 1pm four days a week – 2 days at the Pakenham Campus (Monday & Tuesday) and 2 days at the Berwick Campus (Wednesday and Friday) which equates to 12 hours per week (0.315 FTE).

The part time salary range for this role is $17,892 to $19,924. You are not required to work during school holidays and the salary has already been adjusted to take this into account. 

The role will report to the Head of Wellbeing and take direction from the Health Centre Nurse.

The incumbent must have a Level 2 First Aid Qualification and excellent organisational and communication skills.
