Flinders Christian Community College seeks to employ a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join the HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR and also working closely with the HR Advisor, the role is based across both our Tyabb and Carrum Downs campuses on the Mornington Peninsula. The role requires a high level of administrative capacity and the ability to draft employment contracts and letters of offer, new starter and employment paperwork, and includes close liaison with payroll, managing HR databases and other HR work such as providing some advice on policies to staff, and drafting position descriptions.
