Prep–Year 12 - Multi‑Campus Role Geelong Lutheran College is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as our Head of Wellbeing, providing strategic and operational leadership of student wellbeing across our Prep–Year 12 community. This role leads the College’s whole‑school approach to wellbeing, ensuring a consistent, evidence‑informed, and student‑centred culture. The Head of Wellbeing will work collaboratively with the Chaplain, Heads of School, Deans of Students, Year Level Coordinators, and key staff to champion proactive, preventative, and contemporary wellbeing practices.
