Melton Christian College

Melton Christian College is a growing P–12 Christian school community serving more than 1,400 students across three campuses: Brookfield Campus (Prep–Year 12), Toolern Vale Campus (currently Prep–Year 4 and expanding year-by-year), and Online Campus (currently Years 7–9 and growing progressively through Secondary). Established in 1985, the College is part of the Christian Education National (CEN) network of schools and has become the Christian school of choice for many families in Melbourne’s west.

At Melton Christian College, we are clear and passionate about what we stand for: Christian values, strong education and a genuine sense of community. Staff play an important role in helping students become capable, kind, resilient and courageous young people who are prepared for life beyond school.  Our vision is to provide excellent Christ-centred education in a caring and nurturing environment, equipping students to reach their full potential in Christ. This vision shapes not only the student experience, but also the environment in which our staff work. We believe education is relational, purposeful and transformational, and we value staff who are committed to partnering with families to support students academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

Melton Christian College is a workplace where people matter. Staff are supported by collegial teams, approachable leadership and a culture that values professionalism, care, respect and continuous growth. As a growing multi-campus College, staff have opportunities to contribute to the ongoing development of programs, culture and learning environments while remaining connected to a welcoming and community-focused culture grounded in Christian faith and service.

We are intentional about creating a safe, structured and supportive environment where students are known by name, strengths and how they learn best, and where staff work collaboratively in service of student growth and wellbeing.

Steadfast and strong — a place to grow and belong.
