St Thomas Aquinas College is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our supportive, collaborative team in a part-time capacity (0.4 FTE). This is a fixed-term position commencing in Term 2 and concluding on Friday, 11 December 2026.

About the Role The Payroll Officer is responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and in accordance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records, including onboarding new staff, changes, and terminations
Interpret and apply relevant awards and agreements
Process annual award salary and performance review salary increases
