The Deputy Head of Junior School is a key member of the Sectional Leadership Team. This role is focused on leading and guiding a holistic approach to personalised wellbeing and learning for students.  The Deputy Head of Junior School ensures the careful monitoring of student wellbeing, academic engagement and provision of contemporary student programs, consistent with the College’s Protect-Connect-Engage strategic priorities for student safety, connection and learning.  The role builds positive relationships and leads the staff, students and families within the section. Understanding of the whole student and driving a system that recognises the breadth of individual capacity and achievement is a critical element of the role.
