Job Description

Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2025.

The Wantirna South Campus is seeking a part-time (FTE 0.4) Student Services Administrator, commencing in January 2026, to provide high-quality front-of-house support to students, families, and staff. 

This role is central to the smooth daily operation of the Student Services Building, offering first-point-of-contact assistance, administrative support to Student Wellbeing staff, and coordination of key processes including first aid triage, attendance support, excursions, camps, and parent volunteers.  The successful candidate will be highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing a range of student-facing and administrative responsibilities in a busy school environment.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a student-facing, front-of-house role
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple administrative tasks, calendars, bookings, and documentation with accuracy
  • Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with students, parents, staff, and external providers
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
  • Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
