Teaching French (Middle and Senior Years 5-12)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging French lessons that foster enthusiastic, astute students who will communicate competently and confidently in the French language
Contribute to curriculum design and assessment practices within the Languages Faculty
Use a range of teaching strategies and digital tools to engage diverse learners
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance programs and promote excellence in French and other Languages
Uphold MGGS’s commitment to child safety in all aspects of teaching and school life
About You:
Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or can gain VIT registration. Teaching graduates are encouraged to apply
Hold unlimited Australian working rights
Expert teacher in French, and experienced in a range of LOTE teaching methodologies
You are dedicated to the effective implementation of a high-quality French Program from Years 5 - 12 including differentiated activities
Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes
