The opportunity
The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual communications that support Korowa’s brand, ethos and strategic priorities. This role suits someone with a strong design eye, exceptional attention to detail and an ability to work across a wide variety of tasks—from simple collateral through to major publications.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and producing a wide range of collateral including programs, flyers, posters, invitations, social media assets, presentations and event materials.
Leading the layout and production of more complex publications including the Year Book, the school magazine, handbooks and prospectuses.
Ensuring all designs align with the School’s brand guidelines and reflect the values and ethos of an independent school environment.
Preparing design files for print and digital use with accuracy and consistency.
Liaising with staff across the School to understand design requirements, provide guidance and translate briefs into effective visual outcomes.
Our ideal successful applicant:
We are looking for someone with strong graphic design skills across print and digital, with a well-developed design eye. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated professional design experience (ideally 3-5 years) and a portfolio that showcases a range of work—from clean, simple collateral to more complex layout-driven projects. A high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
