The opportunity

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual communications that support Korowa’s brand, ethos and strategic priorities. This role suits someone with a strong design eye, exceptional attention to detail and an ability to work across a wide variety of tasks—from simple collateral through to major publications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and producing a wide range of collateral including programs, flyers, posters, invitations, social media assets, presentations and event materials.

• Leading the layout and production of more complex publications including the Year Book, the school magazine, handbooks and prospectuses.

• Ensuring all designs align with the School’s brand guidelines and reflect the values and ethos of an independent school environment.

• Preparing design files for print and digital use with accuracy and consistency.

• Liaising with staff across the School to understand design requirements, provide guidance and translate briefs into effective visual outcomes.

Our ideal successful applicant:

We are looking for someone with strong graphic design skills across print and digital, with a well-developed design eye. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated professional design experience (ideally 3-5 years) and a portfolio that showcases a range of work—from clean, simple collateral to more complex layout-driven projects. A high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
