The Role
Leading independent girls’ school, Camberwell Girls Grammar School, presents an opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team on a part-time (0.8FTE), 10-month fixed term basis commencing 20 April 2026.

Reporting to the Director of Engagement and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication initiatives aimed at enhancing the school's visibility and engagement.

You will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the Director of Engagement and Marketing to provide leadership, management and execution of external and internal marketing & communications projects & initiatives 
  • Overseeing the production of marketing materials, facilitating team collaboration, supporting stakeholder involvement, and promoting operational efficiency and strategic impact of marketing project & initiatives
  • Establishing and implementing structured processes, practices and project management tools
  • Enhancing collaboration and integration between the Engagement & Marketing team and other school stakeholders
  • Improving digital literacy and effective technology utilisation within the Department

You will have:

  • Relevant tertiary or post grad qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Highly developed strategic marketing, communications, and project management skills
  • Previous experience in a senior marketing & communications role, preferably in an educational or similar setting
  • Current Working with Children Check
