Out of School Hours Care Co-Educator

Lauriston Girls’ School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Out of School Hours Care Co-Educator to join the vibrant Blairholme Early Learning Centre. This role ideal for people committed to nurturing young children and contributing to a joyful, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

About the role

  • Part-time (0.368FTE) ongoing position
  • Monday – Thursday, 2.30pm – 6.00pm
  • 5 weeks annual leave

Working collaboratively with the OSHC Coordinator, you will support the delivery of a high‑quality, inclusive and engaging OSHC program that provides children with a safe, nurturing and enjoyable environment after school and during school holidays.

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child‑focused OSHC programs and experiences
  • Actively supervise and engage with children in a safe, respectful and responsive manner
  • Foster positive, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Assist with daily routines
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, well‑organised and safe environment
  • Support documentation and communication with families as required
  • Work collaboratively as part of a professional OSHC team
