Lauriston Girls’ School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childcare Co-Educator to join the vibrant Blairholme Early Learning Centre. Working with our youngest learners, this lunch cover position somebody committed to nurturing young children and contributing to a joyful, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
About the role
Working collaboratively with the Early Learning Centre team, you will support the delivery of a high quality, nurturing and play based early childhood program that fosters each child’s curiosity, wellbeing and sense of belonging. You will contribute to creating a warm, inclusive and aesthetically inviting learning environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore, grow and develop. Through responsive interactions, thoughtful supervision and a genuine respect for each child’s individuality, you will help ensure their daily experiences are meaningful, engaging and aligned with the values and philosophy of our Early Learning Centre.
