Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026.

The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a caring and qualified Casual Relief Registered Nurse(s) to join our relief pool, providing cover during staff leave or unplanned absences. This role is particularly suitable for nurses seeking flexibility or secondary work.

In this role, you’ll provide compassionate care and first aid support to students and staff, helping to create a safe and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.  You’ll bring calm professionalism to both everyday health needs and emergency situations, working collaboratively with families, staff, and health professionals to support student wellbeing.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Are a registered nurse with a current Nursing Board (AHPRA) registration
• Have experience working in a school environment (highly regarded)
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and the ability to provide effective first aid and health care
• Work collaboratively with staff, students, and families to support health and safety
• Have high level communication and interpersonal skills
• Are Health and Safety minded
• Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
• Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities
