Ranges TEC is seeking a highly organised, relational and proactive Administration and Promotions Officer to join our team commencing in Term 2, 2026, or as soon as possible. This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the life of our unique Christian vocational training campus while supporting both administrative operations and the promotion of our programs within the wider community.
This role is based at our vibrant Christian vocational training campus in Melbourne’s outer east.
As Administration and Promotions Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the campus while helping to communicate and celebrate the distinctive vision and strengths of Ranges TEC. Your work will support staff, students and families, while also strengthening our presence within the broader community.

Ranges TEC is a specialist vocational training campus of Mount Evelyn Christian School (MECS), offering a unique Christian approach to education for students in Years 10–12. We provide a range of vocational programs, including pre-apprenticeship qualifications as part of the Victorian Certificate of Education – Vocational Major (VCE VM).

The Role
The Administration and Promotions Officer will contribute to both the operational administration and the outward-facing communication of Ranges TEC.
This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, relationally warm, detail-oriented and confident in managing both administrative processes and promotional initiatives.
