  • Develop clear, practical and well-documented processes that support consistency, quality and sustainability.

  • Support the design and implementation of improved approaches to networks, feedback capture, reporting, online learning capability and other Professional Learning operating requirements.

  • Ensure systems and processes are fit for purpose, user-friendly and aligned to the needs of member schools, internal stakeholders and the broader organisation.

  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, actions, risks and dependencies to ensure work progresses effectively.

  • Support the transition of new initiatives from design through to implementation and business-as-usual delivery.

  • Work with the Head of Professional Learning to ensure priorities are clear, progress is visible and deliverables are achieved.

  • Provide additional operational and delivery capability in a small, scale-up minded team.

Pilot delivery, review and continuous improvement

  • Lead and support the delivery of pilots and new initiatives across the Professional Learning function.

  • Capture feedback, evaluate outcomes and translate learnings into practical recommendations.

  • Develop insights that inform future delivery models, process improvements and member experience.

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying what is working, what needs refinement and what can be scaled.

Operational Improvement and Systems Development

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements and support effective implementation.

  • Build productive working relationships across teams to support aligned and coordinated delivery.

  • Act as a practical problem-solver, supporting the removal of operational barriers and improve the experience for internal teams and external participants.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, ensuring expectations, timelines and actions are understood.

Technology, documentation and capability building

  • Support the effective use of technology, platforms and tools within the Professional Learning function.

  • Identify opportunities to use contemporary tools, including AI, to improve efficiency, documentation, reporting and delivery support.

  • Develop templates, guides, workflows and other resources that support repeatable and scalable operations.

  • Ensure key processes and learnings are documented so they can be embedded and sustained over time.
