The Deputy Head of Campus (Tyabb) reports to the Head of Campus, and maintains strong collaborative relationships while working closely with Campus and College leaders to translate College strategy into coherent, effective Campus operations and improvement.
The Deputy Head of Campus provides operational, relational and systems leadership across educational, pastoral and operational dimensions of Campus life. This pivotal role supports the Head of Campus by ensuring teachers and students have the structures, resources and processes required to thrive. Working as a system-integrating leader, the Deputy Head of Campus will embed the Flinders Way, strengthen alignment across College practices, support high-quality teaching and learning, oversee key wellbeing and operational systems, and lead with faith, integrity, clarity and disciplined care.

Offered as a permanent and ongoing role commencing mid-January 2027, applicants must have a right to work in Australia and be VIT registered (or eligible to be registered). Postgraduate qualifications in education or leadership are preferred, though not essential.
