Due to continued growth, Maranatha Christian School is seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Christian educator to join our Executive Leadership Team as Director of Secondary Schools.
The Director of Secondary Schools is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of Secondary education across the School’s campuses.
This role focuses on academic excellence, student pathways, and preparing students for life beyond school through a Christ-centred educational framework.
Reporting to the Principal, the position plays a key role in implementing the School’s Strategic Plan and ensuring effective coordination of student progress, wellbeing and outcomes.
