Position Summary

The Individual Learning Teacher is a key member of the dynamic Learning Enhancement team in the Junior School. Working closely with and under the direction of the Head of Learning Enhancement, this role supports the identification, planning, and delivery of targeted learning support for students with individual learning needs. The Individual Learning Teacher also works collaboratively with classroom teachers to embed inclusive practice across the curriculum, coordinates Student Program Support Groups (SPSG) processes, and maintains the systems and data that underpin effective, evidence-informed intervention. This is a relational and consultative role that bridges classroom practice, specialist support, and family engagement.

This role is a full-time ongoing role, which commences in Term 3, 2026.
