Victory Lutheran College is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of the College’s marketing, communications and brand initiatives.
This exciting role is responsible for enhancing and protecting the reputation of Victory Lutheran College through consistent, engaging and professional communication across all channels. Working closely with the Principal, Leadership Team and key stakeholders, the Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee marketing strategy, digital and print communications, brand management, publications and initiatives that support enrolment growth and community awareness of the College’s mission, values and educational offerings.
The role also provides line management and strategic oversight of the Community Engagement Coordinator, supporting the effective promotion of community engagement initiatives, events and alumni activities. For College community events, the role works in partnership with the Director of Faith and Community, ensuring activities reflect the College’s Christian ethos, community priorities and broader strategic direction.
