Flinders Christian Community College is seeking an inspiring and visionary leader to serve as Deputy Head of Secondary - Teaching and Learning at our Tyabb campus. The successful applicant will lead a team of dedicated staff who share a strong passion for Christian education.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of innovative and strong leadership of staff and students and will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding and practical application of 21st Century pedagogy applicable to Secondary Education. There is an expectation the Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning Secondary School will lead in the context of the College’s Vision, Mission, Core Values and Goals.

Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non–denominational College with campuses located at Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt. Martha offering education from K – 12.

• Teach Secondary School English
• Support student growth academically, spiritually, and personally
• Participate actively in the broader life of the College, including co-curricular activities, pastoral care, and staff collaboration
