ABOUT THE POSITION

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Arts Faculty Assistant to join our Arts & Technologies Faculty across Junior and Secondary schools. In this hands-on support role, you will assist Arts staff by preparing resources, maintaining facilities and equipment, organising displays and events, and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our Arts programs.

COMMENCING

As soon as possible.

TIME FRACTION

Casual (Approximately 6 hours per week). Specific working arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate.

ABOUT THE PERSON

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute positively to the life of the School.

Desirable attributes include:

  • An appreciation of art and artistic mediums
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • The ability to identify needs and take initiative
