Korowa Anglican Girls' School is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and reliable ELC Co-Educator to join our Early Learning Centre team. If you're passionate about early childhood education and thrive in a nurturing, team-oriented environment — we'd love to hear from you.
As an ELC Co-Educator, you'll step in to support our ELC team when needed, helping to maintain a warm, consistent and stimulating learning environment for our youngest students. You'll work collaboratively alongside our educators, assist with daily routines, and ensure children feel safe, supported and engaged. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key — every day brings something different!
Provide seamless, high-quality care and learning support when regular Co-Educators are absent
Assist in implementing the daily ELC routine and developmental program
Attend to the individual and group needs of children in a nurturing and professional manner
Work as a collaborative and flexible member of the ELC team
Ensure compliance with Children's Services Regulations at all times
Maintain respectful and professional relationships with students, staff and families
Previous experience in an Early Learning Centre or early childhood setting
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
