ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior Administrator with excellent administrative skills to join our enthusiastic, close knit office team. The role will be responsible for high level administrative responsibilities, working closely with the Deputy Principal for People, Wellbeing and Daily Operations, and the administration team.

The role will involve the administration operations for parent communications, as well as the coordination of administration for camps and excursions. The senior administrator will also provide event coordination support for various school events, including catering and invitation requirements. 

This full-time role offers an ideal work-life balance, operating 5 days per week from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM over 43 weeks per year. The position includes 4 weeks of paid annual leave. Commencement would be at the beginning of Term 4, 2026.

It is essential that the successful applicant have, or be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous senior or advanced administration experience in a School or similar environment 

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment - being able to multitask and work with tight deadlines

  • Be experienced and adept at Microsoft Office and Google Suites

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Be a Christian role model and be able to demonstrate an active faith to students and to all people associated with the School

  • Actively support and adhere to the School’s vision, mission and ethos.

  • Have, or be willing to obtain, a current Victorian Working with Children Check.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience with Synergetic Student Management System or similar

  • Experience in the use of Canva and digital design
