Job Description

 Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools.  With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend, and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.

Applications are invited from innovative, engaging and passionate Primary Physical Education (PE) Teachers for a part-time position (0.8 FTE), with the possibility of full-time employment.

This is an ongoing position commencing at the beginning of the 2027 school year at our Elsternwick campus.

Previous experience working within the Primary Years Programme (PYP) will be highly regarded. This role is essentially teaching Primary Physical Education, but also includes the Early Childhood Perceptual Motor Program (PMP) and some lower secondary Physical Education.
