Victory Lutheran College is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Primary School as Director of Wellbeing – Primary.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about student wellbeing, pastoral care and creating environments where every child can flourish. Working closely with the Head of Primary and College Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership of wellbeing, behaviour support, inclusion and positive school culture across the Primary School, ensuring students are supported academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Wellbeing – Primary provides strategic leadership for student wellbeing, pastoral care, behaviour support, inclusion and positive school culture. Working collaboratively with College leaders, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of wellbeing programs and practices that enable every student to flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
