Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning experiences aligned with Melbourne Girls Grammar curriculum frameworks.
Foster students' literacy and numeracy development while supporting their social and emotional wellbeing.
Create safe, inclusive and collaborative learning environments that cater to diverse learning needs.
Contribute to curriculum planning and work collaboratively within the Junior Years team.
Integrate digital technologies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Uphold Melbourne Girls Grammar's Child Safety policies and practices at all times.
About you
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, or be eligible to obtain registration.
A strong understanding of curriculum requirements and contemporary teaching practices.
The ability to build meaningful and respectful relationships with students, colleagues and families.
A commitment to innovative, student-centred teaching and learning approaches.
A collaborative and creative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and positive student outcomes.
