The role: Our Educational Support staff work as part of a multidisciplinary classroom team to provide specialised support to achieve specific educational outcomes for the young people of Hester Hornbrook Academy. ESs also assist with educational assessments and interventions to ensure that all supports are individualised and relevant for each student.
