Catering for students from Early Learning Centre (Three Year Old) to Year 12, Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School seeks to provide excellence in education within a caring Christian community and to prepare young women for a personally and professionally fulfilling life.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Learning and Innovation and the Director of Student Wellbeing. In this pivotal role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate key projects and events, and prepare high-quality documentation and communications that underpin two critical portfolios. Your work will ensure the smooth delivery of initiatives that enhance teaching excellence, foster student wellbeing, and support the School’s commitment to a safe, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment. This position also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting professional learning arrangements, and contributing to a culture of professionalism, confidentiality, and child safety across the Senior School.

This is a full-time ongoing position with a requirement to work over the school term breaks.
