About the role

  • Full-time, fixed-term position (12 months) with possibility of ongoing

As the Marketing and Content Specialist, you will lead the creation of compelling digital content that showcases the Lauriston story. You’ll produce high quality videos, photography, social media content, and digital campaign assets that elevate the School’s brand and support enrolment growth.  You will work collaboratively with the Marketing team, agency partners, educators, and other stakeholders to deliver purposeful and engaging content across social media, website, digital advertising and publications.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to Lauriston’s values of Engagement in Life, Intellectual Curiosity, Courage, Creativity, and Relationships
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Technologies, Business or a related field
  • Bring 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or advertising
  • Demonstrate proven experience managing social media platforms, building content calendars, and creating engaging organic and paid content
  • Be skilled in producing high‑quality photography and video, including editing and post‑production, with proficiency in various digital technologies
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity and a proactive approach
  • Have a passion for creating content that elevates the profile of Lauriston Girls’ School
  • Uphold a commitment to the highest standards of child safety
