ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and detail orientated Student Enrolment and Records Officer to join our Admissions team in a progressive, well-resourced, and supportive educational environment.

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of student enrolment and academic records, maintaining compliance with school policies, government legislation, and relevant education regulations. You will also provide timely reports and data analysis for internal purposes and government agencies.

This is a permanent, part time (FTE 0.8), year round position, worked across four days per week. We are open to discussing the specific working days with the successful candidate. The preferred commencement date is Monday 13 April 2026.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly organised and detail oriented administrator, with demonstrated experience managing sensitive student information. You exercise sound judgement, discretion and professionalism in all interactions, and are committed to delivering responsive, polished service to families and colleagues alike.

You will bring a structured, methodical approach to enrolment and records management, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency while contributing positively to a collaborative school community.

Knowledge & Skills

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy administrative or enrolment-focused role, preferably within education.

·       Strong understanding of student enrolment processes, record-keeping and statutory reporting requirements.

·       Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

·       Exceptional attention to detail, with efficient and accurate data entry skills.

·       Demonstrated experience maintaining and integrating data across key school platforms, including TASS, Funnel / Digistorm, Schoolbox, Consent2Go, or other school management / database systems.

·       Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with families, staff and external stakeholders.

·       Experience in digital and physical file management, archiving and document publishing.

·       Strong analytical capability, with the ability to extract, interpret and present data for reporting purposes.

·       Proficiency in coordinating communications and scheduling using Outlook.
