Job Description

  • Full-time, fixed-term role for six months

Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC) is a leading ELC to Year 12 independent day and boarding school, focusing on the development of the whole person. THE ROLE

In this full-time, fixed-term (6 months) opportunity, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the College’s physical environment, ensuring that facilities and grounds are well maintained, safe, and presentable for students, staff, and visitors. As a key member of the Facilities Team, the Caretaker/Tradesperson assists in a wide range of tasks from construction and general maintenance to supporting setup, pack-down, and resourcing for school events.



ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar caretaker/groundskeeper role, along with their White Card (Construction Induction certificate), Work Safely at Heights certification, Elevating Work Platform licence, and Victorian Driver Licence.

 

You’re a professional all-round handy person and a great team player, with a high-level of physical fitness to manage the physicality of working in the areas of maintenance and gardening.
