PLC is a leading ELC to Year 12 independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition, an international outlook, and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.

 

THE ROLE

This is a wonderful part-time (four days per week), ongoing opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a welcoming, dynamic, leading school in Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs.

 

This position offers appeal for an individual seeking work-life balance. You will work Monday to Thursday, 8.00am-3:30pm.

 

The Senior Receptionist ensures the smooth day-to-day running of our Senior School Reception, whilst also overseeing the workflow and priority areas for two other part-time Receptionists.

 

ABOUT YOU

You are highly professional in your work ethic and output, have excellent communication skills, and a warm and welcoming disposition.

 

Your previous experience in a front-of-house position - along with your attention to detail, time management skills, and strong ICT skills - make you an ideal candidate for this role.

 

You also have the ability to effectively guide and mentor colleagues, ensuring they feel supported and part of a cohesive, collaborative Reception team.
