We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Outdoor Education Assistant & Facilities Officer for a full-time 1.0 FTE (0.5 FTE Facilities, 0.5 FTE Outdoor Education) permanent position, based at our Mallana Campus, with an immediate commencement available.
Reporting operationally to the Head of Program (Mallana) and functionally to the College Head of Facilities, this hands-on role supports both the Outdoor Education program and the maintenance and operation of Camp Mallana. The position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of water-based activities, maintaining boats and managing transport logistics, and overseeing the upkeep, safety, and presentation of the camp site, including buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
This role combines program support with practical facilities management, requiring a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, functional, and high-quality outdoor learning environment for students and staff.
