Head of Middle School Berwick

Beaconhills College is an open-entry, co-educational College offering outstanding holistic education opportunities from Early Learning to Year 12. The College currently has over 3000 students across two campuses in Pakenham and Berwick, which are organised into sub-schools; Early Learning, Junior, Middle, Year 9 and Senior Schools.

The Head of Middle School will demonstrate outstanding leadership and a strong commitment to the education of our students. As a member of the Campus Leadership Team, the Head of Middle School will lead the Middle School staff and students from Years 5 - 8, bringing the College's Mission, Vision and Values to life through the delivery and development of contemporary learning and wellbeing programs.

Position Details

• This is a full time, ongoing position
• Commencing 19 January 2027
• Based at our Berwick Campus
• A salary that is appropriate for the Head of Middle School in a large, multicampus independent school
• Position of Responsibility with a time release of 20 periods per cycle
• Current VIT registration required
• 2 day dedicated new staff induction - rated 4.7 out of 5 stars by our 2025 new teacher intake 
• All new teachers are assigned a mentor and encouraged to participate in our mentor program
