We are excited to continue to provide opportunities for students to access our tailored learning approach from a virtual landscape! But to do this, we need your help!
We are seeking an innovative, tech-savvy teacher to help deliver our new Year 9/10 virtual learning program from our Pakenham Campus.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students, fostering a positive learning environment that promotes personal growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

ECG is a not for profit organisation.
We provide hands-on, practical education for students aged 15-20 who need more time, space and support to get the most out of school.
We have physical classrooms, experienced teachers, recognised curriculum and qualifications… but our approach is not the same as a mainstream school. We customise learning to individual needs and provide additional wellbeing and learning support
We put our students at the centre of what they learn. The way it should be.
We also offer our student further education from our RTO Community College Gippsland with similar teaching methods to ensure they have a pathway to succeed.
