PA to Director of Senior School and Director of Teaching Learning and Student Progress

ELTHAM College is seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Director of Senior School and the Director of Teaching, Learning and Student Progress.

Previous experience in a school or education setting will be highly regarded.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing high-level executive, administrative and operational support across the Senior School and academic leadership functions of the College.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted point of coordination and communication for a broad range of stakeholders including staff, students, families and external providers.

This is a varied and rewarding role requiring exceptional organisation, professionalism, initiative and attention to detail.

• Executive and administrative support to two senior leaders
• Complex diary, meeting and calendar management
• Preparation of reports, correspondence, presentations and meeting documentation
• Coordination of Senior School communications and publications
• Support for examinations, reporting timelines and academic administration
• Event coordination including parent evenings, interviews, assemblies and College functions
• Liaison with students, families and internal departments
• Management of confidential records and administrative systems
• Support with operational projects and College initiatives

About you

You will be an experienced Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

You will also demonstrate:

• Experience supporting senior leaders in a busy environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
• The ability to remain calm and adaptable in a dynamic school environment
• Commitment to child safety and wellbeing
