Loreto College Ballarat, one of regional Victoria’s leading Catholic girls’ schools, invites applications for the role of Marketing and Development Officer (12-month contract).

Founded in 1875 by Mother Gonzaga Barry, Loreto College Ballarat was the first Loreto school in Australia and continues in the tradition of Mary Ward. The Marketing and Development Officer is an integral member of the Marketing and Development Team, supporting the promotion and positioning of Loreto College as a school and employer of choice. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of marketing and communications initiatives aligned with the College Strategic Plan. You will create compelling digital content, publications and promotional materials, as well as coordinating community engagement activities and alumni programs.

The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in marketing, communications and digital content creation. You will bring strong written and interpersonal communication skills, creativity, initiative and excellent organisational skills. You will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software would be advantageous.

The successful applicant must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check prior to commencement.
