Korowa Anglican Girls’ School is seeking an exceptional Enrolments Manager to lead our enrolment journey with warmth, professionalism and purpose. As the face of Korowa for prospective families, you will play a pivotal role in sharing our story and ensuring every interaction reflects the care, excellence and community we are known for.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Development and Community Relations, you will lead the end-to-end enrolment experience, from first enquiry through to student commencement.

You’ll bring a strategic mindset and a strong customer focus to:

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised enrolment experience for prospective families

  • Build strong relationships and confidently communicate Korowa’s value proposition

  • Manage the enrolment pipeline to maximise enquiry-to-enrolment conversion

  • Lead enrolment interviews, school tours, events and onboarding processes

  • Use data insights to forecast demand, monitor trends and inform strategy

  • Partner with marketing to deliver compelling campaigns and experiences

  • Contribute to enrolment growth, retention and continuous improvement initiatives

This is a hands-on role where your ability to connect, influence and deliver results will directly impact the future of the School.

About you

You are a high-performing and engaging professional who genuinely enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional service. You bring:

  • Proven experience in enrolments, admissions, sales or relationship management

  • A strong track record of building relationships and converting opportunities into outcomes

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and influence

  • A proactive, organised and results-driven approach

  • Confidence working with data, systems and reporting to inform decisions

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams

  • A commitment to professionalism, discretion and customer excellence

Experience in a school or education environment will be highly regarded.
