Korowa Anglican Girls’ School is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Curriculum Administrator to support the delivery of our academic program with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism. This is an excellent full time, fixed term (parental leave cover) until October 2026 opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that enables teaching and learning excellence.
Working closely with the Head of Curriculum, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of curriculum, assessment and reporting processes across the School.
Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across key curriculum functions.
You will bring strong organisation and attention to detail to:
Support the administration of curriculum and assessment processes, including reporting and parent-teacher interviews
Coordinate Senior School examinations and assist with subject selection processes
Assist with the delivery of external assessments including NAPLAN, PAT and other testing programs
Maintain accurate student and curriculum data, including VASS administration and results processing
Prepare documentation, correspondence and curriculum materials to a high standard
Administer and maintain School systems including Synergetic and Schoolbox
Support teaching staff through coordination of load statements and curriculum documentation
Manage meetings, events and key academic processes on behalf of the Head of Curriculum
This is a hands-on role where your precision, responsiveness and organisational capability will directly support the School’s academic excellence.
You are a highly organised and proactive administrator who takes pride in accuracy and service. You bring:
Proven experience in an administrative role requiring discretion, judgement and attention to detail
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with databases and systems
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting team success
Professionalism, discretion and a strong customer service focus
Experience in a school or education environment, and familiarity with systems such as Synergetic or VASS, will be highly regarded.
