Admissions Associate - Glen Waverley

Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools.  With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend, a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes, Boarding from Year 7-12 at the Glen Waverley Campus, and a Year 7-10 English Language Preparation Programme.

Wesley College Glen Waverley is seeking an experienced Admissions Associate to join our team in a full-time, ongoing position. This role is responsible for cultivating and managing prospective family relationships from initial enquiry through to student commencement, delivering a consistently high‑quality and welcoming customer experience.

The successful candidate will oversee the full enrolment lifecycle and take a proactive approach to building strong, collaborative relationships across the College. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate enrolment data and records, as well as supporting on‑campus visits, tours, and admissions events.
