Wesley College Glen Waverley is seeking an experienced Admissions Associate to join our team in a full-time, ongoing position. This role is responsible for cultivating and managing prospective family relationships from initial enquiry through to student commencement, delivering a consistently high‑quality and welcoming customer experience.
The successful candidate will oversee the full enrolment lifecycle and take a proactive approach to building strong, collaborative relationships across the College. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate enrolment data and records, as well as supporting on‑campus visits, tours, and admissions events.
